📦 Orders & Products

Q: What kind of products do you sell?
We specialise exclusively in wardrobes. We offer sliding door wardrobes, mirror wardrobes, high gloss finishes, and more — in a variety of sizes, colours and styles.

Q: How can I place an order?
You can order directly through our website at www.atfurniture.ie. Simply browse our products, add your chosen wardrobe to the cart, and follow the checkout process.

Q: Can I see the product before I buy?
We are an online-only store, which helps us keep prices low. All product details, sizes, and photos are available on our website. If you need help choosing, feel free to contact us.


🚚 Delivery

Q: Do you offer free delivery?
Yes! We offer FREE DELIVERY across the Republic of Ireland – no matter your location or order size.

Q: How long will delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 5–10 working days, depending on your location and stock availability. You will receive a confirmation message once your order is dispatched.

Q: Do you deliver to Northern Ireland?
Currently, we only deliver within the Republic of Ireland.

Q: Will I get a tracking number?
Yes, once your order has been dispatched, we’ll provide tracking details so you can monitor the delivery progress.


🛠️ Assembly & Installation

Q: Are the wardrobes delivered assembled?
No, our wardrobes are delivered flat-packed and require self-assembly. Each product includes clear instructions.

Q: Can someone assemble the wardrobe for me?
We don’t currently offer assembly services, but many customers hire local handymen. Our team can guide you on what's required if you have questions during assembly.


💳 Payments

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, and secure online payments through Stripe and PayPal.

Q: Can I pay on delivery?
No, all orders must be paid in full online before delivery is arranged.


🔄 Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all orders. Items must be returned unused, unassembled, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. See our Return Policy for full details.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
Please notify us within 3 days of delivery if your item is damaged or has missing parts. We’ll arrange a replacement or part at no extra cost.
